ABOUT ME

I moved to Manatee County in 2009 with my husband and son. From Day #1, I knew this was where we were meant to live. The lifestyle, weather and friendliness of the community made it the best place in the world to raise a family.

In addition to being a Bradenton real estate specialist, I wear other hats as most women do. My hats include cook, maid, chauffeur, coach, laundress, question answerer…the list goes on. If you want to know something about Manatee County, ask. I’ll probably have the answer or can get it for you in the snap of a finger.

mY real estate know-how

In 2009, I got my Florida real estate license. It was the bitty bottom of the recession and people were not buying or selling homes. Then life took my family in another direction.

Fast forward to two years ago and poof! Here I am back in real estate as a Bradenton REALTOR®. With my extensive background in marketing and sales, I have a thorough understanding of what it takes to meet and exceed my clients’ expectations. I work to help buyers and sellers maximize their real estate investment.

In 2018, I earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation from the National Association of Realtors®. I specialize in working with mature clients who are making big changes in their lives as it pertains to changes in their living arrangements. After helping my parents as they aged, I understand what it takes for seniors and their adult children to make the transition through this stage in life. My goal is to help them with as little stress as possible.

Whether you’re buying or selling a home in Bradenton or the surrounding areas, my goal is to make the experience as easy and stress free as possible. I can help you price property, negotiate deals, stay ahead of contract deadlines and more.
